When Kyoto was held, the world agreed that there was a problem … scientists wouldn’t lie.
An Inconvenient Truth was released. Children, cat owners and smelly tree-huggers were now frightened witless.
Questions began to be asked of the science. The numbers weren’t adding up. The data was unreliable. The data had been altered. Records were lost. Those who asked the questions were guilty of heresy … they had blasphemed … they were deniers, non-believers, the murderers of future generations. “They should be charged with treason” was the cry from the ‘know it alls’.
When the world discovered that those ‘silly scientists’ had made up their data to achieve a pre-conceived end result, many people took a different view of the ‘catastrophic’ impending disaster.
When Copenhagen came and went, the remainder of the people became aware that the impending disaster, in all reality, may not be too bad after all, as the millions of dollars spent on the Copenhagen Show, achieved … nothing. Or did Copenhagen fail simply because only ‘nut jobs’ and ‘whackos’ attended?
When the world was alerted to the ways of the IPCC, it could be concluded that the global gloom and doom predictions were not even close ... if in fact, were they ever factual to begin with.
So what was learnt from all of this carry on?
Kyoto = the original good-will stunt.
An Inconvenient Truth = the biggest false flag operation in history. (2nd biggest of you believe the moon landings were fake)
Deniers = used to split and confuse the populace ... a diversionary tactic.
Silly Scientists = diversionary tactics.
Copenhagen = smoke and mirrors at their best.
IPCC = a farce … a complete, very expensive, deceptive false front.
But, what if the whole story was a little different … a little more Hollywood?
Even Spielberg couldn’t dream this up.
Once upon a time, a black law student, we’ll call him Barrack, was welcomed to the board of a large Chicago charity organization. This organization, we’ll call it the ‘Foundation’, was originally set-up in 1948 to fund small grants to hospitals and other health organizations.
During Barrack’s 8 year term on the ‘Foundation’ board, he helped fund a Carbon Trading Scheme thru a local friend named ‘John’. John had a brother named ‘Bill’. ‘Bill’ was better known as the Weather Underground terrorist bomber. Bill (the terrorist) also spent time as the aide to Chicago Mayor, Richard M Daley.
This Chicago charity gave nearly US$1.1 million in grants that were “instrumental in developing and launching the privately-owned Chicago Climate Exchange”.
In 2005, the ‘Foundation’ paid out US$8,385,305 to just one its programs … the Environmental Program.
Barrack and Bill (the terrorist) also served on another ‘charity’ board, an anti-poverty group; we’ll call the ‘Fund’.
From Barrack’s ‘Foundation’ money, the privately owned Chicago Climate Exchange is set up. The Chairman and CEO, we’ll call him Dr. Dave, back in the seventies earned the reputation of being the principal architect of the interest-rate futures market. He is known as the ‘father of financial futures’, and was honored as one of Time Magazine’s ‘Heroes of the Environment’ for his work as the ‘Father of Carbon Trading’.
Dr. Dave assembles a group worthy of him. People from the UN, Government officials, Politicians, Goldman Sachs, Ex US Presidents, The World Bank, The IPCC, JP Morgan, Fannie Mae, International Financial Futures and options Exchange, Government lobbyist’s, Government advisors … all specialist’s within their fields.
Selected as the Honorary Chairman of the CCE Advisory Board, was Richard M. Daley, Mayor of Chicago. (Don’t mention the previous corruption inquiries)
The CCE even has Dr.Rajendra K. Pachauri on their books. That’s the same Pachauri, who so poorly heads the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change). The same Pachauri who told us of the impending climate ‘doom & gloom’ we all face, by presenting untruths.
There’s even a Kennedy in there … that’s what’s called a ‘must have’.
One of Dr.Dave’s greatest additions to the team was the now ‘bust’ Fannie Mae head. We’ll call him ‘Franklin’. Franklin uses Fannie Mae (taxpayers) money to buy the technology that will measure and manage carbon, and he patents it. The patent summary has Franklin as the primary inventor and describes how “carbon and other pollutants yet to be determined would be combined into a single emissions pool and traded.”
Just like Fannie Mae’s toxic portfolio of subprime mortgages were. Never forget that trading in ‘Carbon’ is ‘creating something out of nothing’. There is no value behind the market.
Fannie Mae was given the patent for this technology, the day after the now previous Chicago charity board member, Barrack, won the US election.
The CCE expands out of Chicago by starting up the European Climate Exchange, the Montreal Climate Exchange and the Chinese Climate Exchange. All privately owned exchanges.
During CCE expansion, an Ex American Vise President, we’ll call him Al, partners up with ex Goldman Sachs CEO, we’ll call him Dave, and together they start up Generation Investment Management, based in London and later expanding into New York and Sydney.
Their Generation long-term thematic research agenda into global sustainability and renewable energy issues focuses on areas of climate change, poverty and development, ecosystem services and biodiversity, water scarcity, pandemics, demographics and migration, and urbanization.
Generation then go into partnership with Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Beyers, a venture capital company, announcing a collaboration to "find, fund and accelerate green business, technology and policy solutions with the greatest potential to help solve the current climate crisis."
Prominent KPCB Partner, we’ll call him John, joined Generation's Advisory Board. Analysts now suggest that Al has created a conflict of interest by working with GIM and simultaneously being the spokesperson for action on global warming. The Competitive Enterprise Institute believes that the government policies Al advocated to the U.S. Senate "will make him and his friends extremely wealthy at the expense of consumers."
GIM also owns a 10% stake in the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX), CCX in turn owns half of the European Climate Exchange. This gives Al a financial bias towards promoting global warming control through the issuing of carbon credits.
Goldman Sachs also buys 10% of the CCX.
Now that all of these partnerships and joint efforts are rolling along, they open a new little company which is offered on the Chicago Climate Futures Exchange called Insurance Futures Exchange Services Ltd. At this stage the word ‘evil’ comes to mind, as this new business lists catastrophe event-linked futures ("ELF"). ELF contracts are standardised exchange-traded futures derivatives contracts (also known as "contracts for difference") providing a binary payment based on catastrophic events which result in insurance industry losses. ELF contracts offer participants the ability to hedge and trade natural catastrophe loss risk outside the framework of conventional insurance and reinsurance contracts. Currently the contracts listed are based on insured losses caused by tropical storms and hurricanes.
It about now that a bit of credibility is needed to add to all of this.
Al gets a Nobel Prize, Pachauri gets a Nobel Prize and Barrack gets a Nobel Prize. Why?
At this point, mention should be made of Pachauri’s Nobel Prize speech, when he repeatedly mentioned his climate change concerns “..have raised the threat of dramatic population migration, conflict, and war over water and other resources, as well as a realignment of power among nations. Some also highlight the possibility of rising tensions between rich and poor nations, health problems caused particularly by water shortages and crop failures...”
Pachauri’s concerns are very similar to those that Generation Investment Management is focusing on. The question to ask; “Is Nature causing the problems, or is a consortium creating them?”

As soon as there is an understanding of Pachauri’s involvements, the realisation is that he is more devious than all of the others put together, and is a story within itself.
CCE, GIM & Goldman Sachs now partner/set-up a new exchange called ENVEX. ENVEX is based in Sydney, with partners Chicago Climate Exchange, Macquarie Capital Group, and the Financial and Energy Exchange.
ENVEX is made up with people from Origin Energy, Macquarie’s Climate Change Investment Team, Australian Securities Exchange, amongst others.
And the non executive chairman of ENVEX is … Bob Carr, the Ex New South Wales Labor Premier. Carr is also a consultant for the Macquarie Bank.
Now, while all of this interest in Australia is happening, there is another group setting themselves up in Perth. They are called CO2 Australia, but they’re selling ‘trees’ in the carbon sequestration scheme.
The CO2 Australia CEO was the lead adviser to the New South Wales Government in relation to implementing the New South Wales Greenhouse Gas Abatement Scheme. The Executive Director is from the Centre for Australian Weather and Climate Research - a partnership between the CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology, and is also the CEO of the Cooperative Research Centre for Greenhouse Accounting, and is a member of the Victorian Climate Change Minister’s Reference Council on Climate Change Adaptation.
CO2 Australia is already ‘trading carbon’, reliant on their following statement:
“The Federal Government intends to introduce its Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) in 2011. The CPRS will be the key domestic policy response to climate change.”
Kevin Rudd has now put the greatest moral issue of our time on the back-burner. Not only will the 300+ staff in the Department of Climate Change be looking for other jobs, so will Kev. And it won’t be any ‘dream’ job in the U.N., as he envisioned. Rudd was trying to play with the big boys all of the way thru this ‘Climate Farce’, while all of the time he was really just a little kid playing with himself in the sandpit. There is much more at stake here than one Prime Minister. These Carbon Trading guys wouldn’t let Rudd work in the U.N. as a janitor after this back-flip.
So, now you know why the black guy in the story, the one we called Barrack, (did I mention he made it to be President of the United States of America?) is now pushing so hard for a Cap and Trade scheme that will screw the average person. The Government is not running the scam, Barrack’s old mates are.
Barrack now claims that he never had any involvement with John or Bill back in his charity days while at the ‘Foundation’ or the ‘Fund’. He claims he only knows of them because they live in the same general area.
And what are all of these ‘old mates’ of Barrack’s expected to get out of this scam if the Cap and Trade scheme goes thru? US$15 trillion. That’s US$15,000,000,000,000. Of which Al stands to get at least US$75,000,000 from just one of his investment involvements.
With all of that talent saving the world from an impending climate disaster, you would think that just one of those people involved would really be doing this for the ‘saving of the environment’. But there is not one with any environmental credentials. Why would there be? They’ve got thousands of ‘external’ devotees promoting the cause. Every time that some miss-aligned greenie says the words ‘Sea-Levels Rising’, or ‘Ice Caps melting’, or ‘Extinction’, the Carbon Traders hear the sounds of cash registers ….KaChing! Then say to them selves, “We couldn’t have bought that sort of advertising!”
In reality, ‘saving the environment’ has nothing to do with ‘saving the globe from a forthcoming climatic catastrophe’. It’s simply all about money! The real ‘catastrophe’ will be if it fails. The last Financial Crisis stemmed from the housing scams. If the Carbon Trading fails it will be Industry affected.
That’s why Climate Change/Anthropogenic Global Warming is unstoppable. It is here to stay until the next Global Financial Crisis because many of the people who caused the GFC are now running this racket.
To completely understand this sham, spend some time looking more deeply into it.
At least read the FOX News ‘Obama’s Involvement’. Or GOOGLE for further reference.
Do not forget that everything you have already read is about private companies. Not Governments or Green Groups or Feel Good Organisations.
Words like ‘conflict of interest’, ‘insider trading’, ‘un-ethical business practices’ come to mind.
Never forget that the main beneficiaries will be big corporations and proponents of the redistribution of wealth. You are the loser here because you pay more for energy.
But, most importantly, YOU will feel good because YOU saved the planet.

These possible ‘crackpot’ claims always need to be tested. After the NOAA data was obtained, it was noticed that there were SIX sets of balloon data. Why this one was chosen, without comparison, is not known. The first thing to check was the warmist’s claim.
It’s pretty close, although his/hers is visually ‘stretched’ for effect. Also notice the use of degrees K. Maybe this could be a real scientist at work. But for this purpose, simply read the temp as C.
The temperature increase trend of 0.011 per year is 0.11 per decade, or 1.1 per century.
Is this ‘dramatic warming’ alarming? No. Even if this trend was to continue, it is no more than what would be expected by natural variances … 1 degree in 100 years.
But what the alarmist DIDN’T show is interesting.
Weather balloons measure various criteria throughout the atmosphere, at pre-determined pressure levels. These range from surface to around 80,000 feet. The data was obtained from 85 locations across 46 countries. The data provided for this ‘warming’ headline contained 13 sets of records, not just the one. Why the alarmist chose only the surface record to examine is unknown.
If all data was analysed and shown, the headline should have read:

The alarmist failed to mention this cooling, or provide any information of why there is this cooling.
Most of the earth’s weather happens in the Troposphere (the first 11 miles), so the Stratosphere cooling can’t be weather related.
The theory of CO2 in the atmosphere causing the earth to become warmer can’t be correct, as only 50% of all atmospheric gases are in the Troposphere (where the weather is), with the remaining 50% gradually depleting out to about 100 kilometers. Regardless of how much CO2 or other gas is pumped into the atmosphere, only 50% of that quantity can affect the earth’s surface by climate alteration due to weather. Therefore if CO2 was the cause of warming, the Stratosphere should also be warming, not dramatically cooling. Maybe CO2 could have an effect on certain weather events, but it certainly is not causing the atmosphere to warm, thereby making the earth hotter.
Gases in the Stratosphere can cause changes to the Ozone layer, but that is not the cause of Global Warming.
The density of gases in the Troposphere decrease with height, therefore CO2 causing an atmospheric warming should be greater at the earths surface, but that is not the case. Warming is more pronounced all the way up to 30000 feet than at the surface, with the highest amount of warming at around 23000 feet.
There must be doubt about climate getting hotter due to long term changes in weather. Weather happens in the Troposphere, more clouds, less clouds, more rain, less rain, more snow, more hotter days, more warmer nights, more droughts, more anything weather related happens here. But these changes can’t happen uniformly, because the Troposphere is not a constant, it is always in a state of flux. At the Equator it is about 11 miles high, at 50 degrees north or south it is about 5.5 miles high, and at the poles 4 miles high. If the atmosphere was causing warming, it could only be due to the Troposphere, as the Stratosphere is cooling. This could not be global because there is twice the effect at the equator than at the poles. If the poles are melting, there MUST be catastrophic heat waves around the pole. Twice the cause for twice the effect.
And I hear the howls of ‘climate and weather are two different things’. Yes they are. It will be hot and dry tomorrow is weather. It’s been hot and dry for the past 5 years is climate.
As can be seen from the preceding data, any warming or cooling is related to altitude and pressure, not CO2.
Why this is happening is a mystery. There are numerous expert opinions regarding H2O emissions into the Stratosphere, greenhouse gases leaking into it, CO2 causing longer wavelength reflections causing the cooling, ozone depletion, etc. But most interesting, is that ALL of the ‘sky is falling’ experts say that the temperature will DECREASE the higher you go into the Troposphere because of various reasons (with formulae to prove it). But the facts show the opposite. There are WARMER than surface temps going up thru the Troposphere.
Also explained was the effect Mt Pinatubo had on the Stratosphere in 1991 following the eruption. Large amounts of sulphate aerosols caused a huge warming in the Stratosphere, and since then we’ve seen a decline from that, giving a false cooling impression. But they don’t explain the massive warming in 1982 and 1964.
The following snippet from another snippet sums it up.
Since 1979 observations imply that the troposphere in the tropics has cooled whereas the surface has warmed.
This contradicts climate model projections, which predict greater warming aloft.
It is also a reversal of an earlier global-mean trend according to the longer radiosonde analyses.
It casts doubt upon our understanding of the climate system and ability to predict future climate changes.
Maybe it’s all to do with the Sun. Maybe the lower level warmth is simply the earth radiating its own heat.
Who knows? I don’t. But I’m obviously not alone.

To Homogenise or not to Homogenise? … that is NOT the question.
To Amplify with Homogenisation or not to Amplify? … that IS the question.
Before going any further, it is important to understand what “Homogenisation” is, and to realize that it has nothing to do with weather, temperature or climate. The use of ‘Homogenisation’ to explain temperature records adjustments is pure ‘living in AGW Land’ spin.
Definitions:
- Homogenization is intensive blending of mutually related substances or groups of mutually related substances to form a constant of different insoluble phases (sometimes with addition of surfactants) to obtain a suspension or emulsion.
- blending, mixing, disrupting, emulsifying, dispersing, stirring etc.
- to process (milk) so that the fat particles are so finely divided and emulsified that the cream does not separate on standing
- to make more uniform throughout in texture, mixture, quality, etc. by breaking down and blending the particles
No mention anywhere of climate data records, or any data for that matter. ‘Living in AGW Land’ Spin Doctors have used the wrong word. They should be using the word ‘Assimilate’, not Homogenise.
So, now on to climate homogenisation.
As previously noted, GISS (NASA) have multiple sets of ‘climate’ records. Long term records are the minority, so when one is found, it is worth evaluating.
Godthab Nuuk is one (two) such record(s), from 1881 thru to 2009 with only two years missing … 1899 and 2008.
The two sets of different data are explained by NASA. One is before homogenisation and one after homogenisation.
But first, a bit about Godthab Nuuk.
The city was renamed Nuuk in 1979.
Nuuk is the capital of Greenland, situated about 240 km from the Arctic Circle.
15,105 people, (18,300 with surrounding villages) over a third of Greenland’s population live in Nuuk, one of the least populated capital cities in the world.
There are 72 buses and 2570 cars in Greenland and the majority operate in Nuuk.
Nuuk’s temperature extremes range from an average high of 9.9C in July, to an average low of -10.7C in February/March. The average annual high temperature is 1.74C, with an annual average low temperature of -3.78C
The GISS records for Nuuk have been homogenised to allow for urbanisation, the heat island effect, measuring equipment being placed at the back of air-conditioners, etc., and any ‘errors’ there may have been in previous record keeping (apparently).
The temperature records have been ‘homogenised’ by adding decreasing values of between 0 to -1.2C from the most modern records to the oldest records. Why the choice of this range of values is unknown.
The two different records can be seen in the following chart.

So, where’s the problem? The problem is that older records have been reduced to adjust for any possible inaccuracies in newer records. This amplifies these possible modern inaccuracies, therefore producing a more pronounced warming trend.
Any adjustments should have been made by either increasing past records, to bring them into alignment with modern records, or remove the false values from the modern records.
Why would anyone lower the temperature records from 1881 because unbanisation has forced an increase in real temperature in 2010? Shouldn’t that be the other way around?
When the GISS homogenisation values are reversed and applied, the results show very little warming. This can be seen in the following chart.

The use of homogenisation for a location such as Nuuk is questionable. With a small population, little industry, few motor vehicles, and one hydroelectric power plant, there is no reason to adjust the data, so as to compensate for ‘bad stuff’.
Does homogenisation make that much difference? Yes.
The future predictions from the preceding chart are:
- Increase of 0.09C per century – Reversed Homogenised data.
- Increase of 0.75C per century - Original data.
- Increase of 1.4C per century - Homogenised data.
Homogenising virtually doubles the future warming predicted trend.
The homogenisation values don’t seem to follow any guidelines. They don’t follow the past records. They are not linear. They are not exponential. They appear in ‘blocks’, sequentially reducing by -0.1C per block. This does not seem to be a scientific adjustment. Less scientific is the ‘pattern’ appearing from 1975 onwards … 3 years, 4 years, 4 years, … with each ‘block’ reducing exactly -0.1C. This scientific methodology is not something that would happen in nature.

So, if the modern readings are being inflated by urbanisation, or the heat island effect, or whatever, shouldn’t the homogenisation values be added the other way around? That is, force the older records to have the modern record’s stability.
Ooops, I almost forgot the rule.
AGW Rule #1. Must prove warming at an alarming rate.
One last question.
Did politicians teach “spin” to ‘living in AGW land’ scientists, or was it the other way around?

Cranking Up The Arctic Heat

In 2008 we had the forecast from US National Snow and Ice Data Centre's Dr. Mark Serreze of an “ice free north pole” because we're very bad people warming up the planet and this will cause the North Pole to melt, possibly flooding large parts of the inhabited world when the sea level rises.
As we know, that didn’t even come close to being true. Summer 2008 had more arctic ice than summer 2007, and summer 2007 was not “ice free” by any measure.
In spite of the spectacular failure of Dr. Serreze’s widely quoted prediction, there were no retractions, no apologies for misleading the public, no admissions of error and inaccurate stories. So what could possibly be worse news from NSIDC?
The very man who made that ridiculous statement of “an ice free north pole in 2008" is set to become the “incoming director” of NSIDC. Apparently alarmism pays, especially if you get press.
What sort of “heat” is he talking about “cranking up”. And what is this New Science On A Sphere movie "FROZEN" all about. Dr Mark, according to you it should be called UN-FROZEN. But I'm guessing the title has something to do with how it WAS FROZEN, but won't be soon.
We won't show Dr Mark the following US Navy pics, it will throw his "man made warming melting the pole .... we must act now before it's gone for ever and the young generation will never see nature like this" doom & gloom BS out of the window. Really, these clowns should not only be FIRED, they should be made publicly accountable. They're getting paid by public money, whether it be grants, funds or government payroll, and they are obviously either unqualified, inept, stupid or all 3.
These pics, and many more are on public record thanks to the US Navy. Dr Mark should have found these while forming his prediction using his research funds. I found them and it didn't cost me anything and I didn't get paid anything. But then again, I'm not a Dr or a respected Senior Scientist, I'm just Joe nobody so who cares?

If you do see the above pics Dr Mark, show them to Pete. Maybe he can explain how the Pole is in fact, going to melt for a SECOND Time since the non Global Warming melt of 1959. I can already hear your responses ...... "some un-qualified non-believer ..... a DENIER has made those pictures on Photo Shop."
A picture is worth a thousand climate models. Yet you still keep relying on FUTURE MODEL PREDICTIONS. You lot really are silly, silly people.

Copenhagen was presented with 'facts' about the Polar Bear decline ... due to Global Warming.
One place of great interest was Baffin Bay, Canada.
The PBSG (Polar Bear Specialist Group) promoted the following figures as PROOF Global Warming was causing this catastrophic reduction in the Polar Bear population.
Estimated population in 1997 was 2074.
Estimated population in 2004 was 1546
That's 528 Polar Bears GONE in 8 years, or 66 EVERY year.
The current trend shows they are 'Declining', and an estimated risk of future decline as 'Very High'.
PROOF we must stop Global Warming to save the Polar Bears. More ...
But, that's not the true story, typical of alarmists.
Hunters in Nunavut's Baffin Bay region will be allowed to KILL 105 Polar Bears this season (2008), as per their unchanged quota. More ...
So lets do a bit of Global Warming science here. Then again, let's not. Let's use logic.
The alarmists tell us that there are 66 less Polar Bears every year due to Global Warming (possibly hunting), but the hunters are knocking off 105 every year due to .... hunting.
Simple logic tells us that during the period, 'apparent' Global Warming killed off 528 bears, hunters killed off 840.
The difference is 312.
If the Polar Bear has a very high risk of future decline, how come there were 312 MORE dead Polar Bears NOT killed by Global Warming accounted for during the period? That's a 15% population INCREASE over that time.
Did the alarmists INCLUDED the hunting figures within the decline estimates? That is not made clear, but if they didn't, Polar Bears are REALLY THRIVING.
During the period there were 840 hunted (we know that is correct because it is regulated) PLUS the 528 that suffered 'Death by Global Warming'.
All up that's 1368 dead Polar Bears accounted for during that period.
That's a Polar Bear population INCREASE since 1997 of 65%.
Whichever way you look at it, Polar Bears are NOT becomming extinct due to Global Warming, and in fact, if there IS any warming, the Polar Bears are LOVING it!

The 2 bears from 2007 drowned when researchers shot them with tranquillizers.
Steve Pinksen, director of policy with Nunavut's Environment Department, told CBC News that researchers have occasionally killed bears in self-defence, but it's very rare for a bear to die after being tranquillized.
"I'd hope that in the long run people see the value, that we really need the information from the research and there will be some cost to that … including the odd dead bear."

One moment they’re preaching their expertise, and then suddenly, they’re gone.
They must not be allowed to disappear without scrutiny, although I doubt they will appear to defend their claims.
Remember Tuvalu?
Tuvalu was a little known place until Big Al predicted the gloom of this ‘Pacific Nation’.
From then on, bandwagon jump onners came out from everywhere.
There were Social savers, wildlife groups, cat rescuers, misled governments, even a crying man from Canberra who claimed Tuvalu was HIS island nation.
We must not let these Great Big Fairytale farcical claims slip from memory.

“That’s why the citizens of these Pacific nations have all had to evacuate to New Zealand.”
Yet a British judge later ruled, there was no evidence of climate refugees from the Pacific having to be evacuated to New Zealand or anywhere else to escape rising seas.
But they kept on going with the Great Big Fairytale.

“More than 75 million people living on Pacific islands will have to relocate by 2050 because of the effects of climate change.”
Tuvalu’s Prime Minister said;

"In fact, there is an island called Tuvalu, which was completely evacuated and New Zealand accepted all the residents because of sea level rising. Although, the greatest change in climate is going to be at the poles, so northern Canada and the Antarctic."
"People think that a small society of Inuits will be affected, but it's going to have global consequences because the ice sheets that are melting very fast will end up into the seas and the sea level is going to continue to rise - it has already risen significantly. The Australian Labor government fell for this rubbish, taking the bait hook, line & sinker by setting up the ‘Pacific Climate Change Plan’ to take in these ‘Climate Change Refugees”.
Low-lying Pacific island states such as Kiribati, the Marshall Islands, and Tuvalu - which sit just a few metres above sea level - are at risk of being swamped as global warming forces sea levels to rise.
"We should be part of an international coalition which is prepared to do our fair share," Opposition environment spokesman Anthony Albanese said.
"The alternative to that is to say, and I don't think any Australian would accept this, that we're going to sit by while people literally drown."
But wait!!
A new bunch of ‘Honest Climate Scientists’ have found that many low-lying Pacific Islands are growing, not sinking.
"Eighty per cent of the islands we've looked at have either remained about the same or, in fact, gotten larger."
"Some of those islands have gotten dramatically larger, by 20 or 30 per cent.
"We've now got evidence the physical foundations of these islands will still be there in 100 years."

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology can’t find any ‘sinking’ at Tuvolu in their monthly sea levels for Tuvalu.
In fact, according to the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, the Tuvalu Sea Levels over the past 120 months (10 years) are falling. This decline should have been recognized by anyone promoting the Great Big Fairytale.
The Tuvalu Government’s Tourism Department doesn’t seem concerned, as they describe Tuvalu as ‘this unspoiled corner of the Pacific’ with a population of 9,561 people.
Did any of the ‘Great Big Fairytale’ experts think of picking up a phone and ringing Tuvalu to check on their welfare?

Addressing Adm. Robert Willard, who commands the Navy's Pacific Fleet, Johnson made a tippy motion with his hands and said sternly, "My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize."
Willard paused and said: "We don't anticipate that."
Like other islands, Guam is attached to the sea floor, which makes it extremely unlikely that it will tip over, even if there are lots and lots of people on it.

A woman from Los Angeles, who was a tree hugger and an anti-hunter, purchased a piece of timberland, near Grants Pass, Oregon. There was a large tree on one of the highest points in the tract. She wanted a good view of the natural splendor of her land so she started to climb the big tree. As she neared the top she encountered a spotted owl that attacked her. In her haste to escape, the woman slid down the tree to the ground and got many splinters in her crotch.
In considerable pain, she hurried to the nearest doctor. She told him she was an environmentalist and an anti-hunter and how she came to get all the splinters. The doctor listened to her story with great patience and then told her to go into the examining room and he would see if he could help her. She sat and waited three hours before the doctor reappeared.
The angry woman demanded, "What took you so long?"
He smiled and then told her, "Well, I had to get permits from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management before I could remove old-growth timber from a recreational area. I'm sorry, but they turned me down."

I bet most people don't know that there has been a wasted $5 million spent on the idea of 'producing Green energy from the ocean waves'.
It was called 'The Wave Generator Project', when in fact, it was a wave energy system. Contrary to the project's title, it didn't produce waves, it absorbed them to produce energy.
Anyway, it's now smashed and broken.
Why?
Big waves.
Can someone, anyone, please ask them to stop wasting money on this silly green shit?
Or is this just another example of science attempting to control nature and getting it wrong ... again?

It's not very often I feel sorry for our Indigenous folk. But here's an example of how a weak government and greenies (the wilderness society) can even destroy something good that the Abos have done.
In Queensland there is a campaign called the Queensland Wild Rivers legislation. This is to "protect" wild rivers from being changed from their natural state. And in true GREENIE WACKO hysteria fashion they make comparisons like these rivers remain open to many of the same threats that have torn the heart out of other Australian rivers - such as the Murray. Rubbish, non of these rivers support the population or the farming practises sustained by the Murray and they never will. Nor are they anything like the Murray in structure, terrain or climate. That statement is simply another example of greenie wacko hysteria implanted to falsely educate the ignorant.
Many of the suggested rivers are in no danger of anything apart from GREENIE takeover, and are/were accessed by Indigenous tour guides to show us Non-Indigenous folk how wonderful these areas are. And they (the Abos) won't destroy anything because it is employment for now and the future. These tour operations are very successful by producing employment and education in a self funded way. No one can complain about that.
There were three rivers under consideration; the Stewart, the Archer and the Lockhart. This area also includes the Aurukun wetlands, an area almost 5 times bigger than Kakadu, as well as associated water basins, creeks and feeder streams.
The Indigenous folk don't want this government protection, they say there is no need. Everything is going just fine under the current Cape York global conservation values.
So, now that the state election is out of the way, in comes the government protection that has been "kept quiet" prior to the election. The above mentioned rivers are now "wild" according the Queensland Government and The Wilderness Society.
The legislation mentions with protection will come sustainable livelihoods for Indigenous people - who wish to live and work on their ancestral homelands.
What they don't state in the GREEN publicity is the fine print within the legislation. No business, including mineral, farming and agriculture is to be operated any closer than 1 kilometre from the edge of the protected areas.
This means that all of the Indigenous tour, fishing and hunting operations in these areas must stop. Also, a lot of the big "stations" in this area are now under Indigenous control, so they need to relocate their boundaries back 1 kilometre. Not to mention how do they now water stock.
It's not just the Abos this will effect. There are many successful non-indigenous tour/fishing/hunting operations and stations up in these areas that must now abide by the GREENIE takeover.
And I bet the only GREENIES you'll find in these areas are either hugging a tree, at the dole office or applying for a grant to write a thesis on something GREEN.
For anyone who has ever gone into these areas Barra fishing, pig hunting, looking for crocs or to experience this wilderness simply out of interest, congratulations. For those who haven't, you and other generations have missed out.
The next thing will be a task force set-up to look into the decline in tourism.
Just ridiculous.

President Clinton relied on train travel to reach the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. The train has been our main-stay, yet the administration is killing our Texas Eagle. This makes us sick. The Texas Eagle is the Amtrak train that for years has run between Chicago, St. Louis, Little Rock, Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio. But facing a $243 million loss, Amtrak President Thomas Downs has recently named four Amtrak routes to be removed, including the Texas Eagle service between St. Louis and San Antonio. What can you do to save our Eagle?
Gore responded with: "Dear Mr. and Mrs. Delgadillo, Thank you for your letter regarding the protection of the Texas eagle. I appreciate hearing from you. "I share your view that the urgent problem of species extinction and the conservation of biological diversity should be addressed. The first step in saving any plant or animal from extinction is to become aware of and respect the fragile ecosystems that make up our environment ... "Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. I look forward to working with you for the future of our planet."
It's strange he should talk about the ecosystem and extinction since the Texas Eagle is a TRAIN! There is not a bird called the Texas Eagle.

From BBC News: "Climate change will trigger a dramatic and sudden decline in the number of polar bears, a new study has concluded."
Oh good Lord do these mopes never quit?
We had 5,000 polar bears in the 1960s. Today we have 20,000 to 25,000 polar bears. Only 8 of the 19 polar bear populations are in decline - 11 are rising in number. This is from the liberal Wikipedia.
The last time I checked, 11 was greater than 8.
So how do pseudo-scientists get around this glaring hole in their narrative?
Simple. Ignore the numbers.
From BBC News: "Until now, most studies measuring polar bear survival have relied on a method called mark and recapture. This involves repeatedly catching polar bears in a population over several years, which is cost and time-intensive."
Wait, we are going to force the world to spend trillions in taxes and changes in the economy based on shoddy evidence because actually counting bears is too expensive?
And of course, we get the high-pressure sales pitch from Peter Molnar of the University of Alberta in Canada: "We may not see any substantial effect on polar bear reproduction and survival until some threshold is passed."
Yes if we act on facts instead of emotion why it will be too late.
That's what they said at Kyoto 15 years ago.
We did nothing.
Global temperatures fell.
It is a charade.

FEDERAL Treasury and the CSIRO are supposed to be among the most trusted institutions in Australia. They are both supposed to be founded in objective rationalism.
The Treasury building in Canberra houses the greatest collection of economic analytical and policymaking brainpower in Australia. The same, in the fields of science, goes for the CSIRO in Melbourne. Together they should form the rock-solid foundation of policymaking in Australia.
We need to be able to trust Treasury to advise the government based on the best possible economic analysis. Arguably its most important task is to deploy its economic heft against usually well-intentioned "good ideas at the time", or failing that to at least limit their damage.
From the CSIRO we need, very simply, good science. As its own strategic plan puts it: "We are committed to scientific excellence and working ethically and with integrity in everything we do."
Both have, in their separate ways, breached that trust.
